Soft FM - Operations Manager
Circa. £40,000 + Car

We are working closely with a leading Facilities Management company with a strong Soft Services offering that has witnessed amazing growth over the last 24 months, primarily through acquisitions, expanding their service offering to clients and currently employing over 4000 people. As a result of the company's continuing expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational transformation of the cleaning services provided to local authority schools, academies, commercial, and government customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day cleaning service delivery across the region, you will guarantee that customers' business demands are met in accordance with commercial and contractual criteria. You will collaborate closely with the area cleaning supervisors and form strong bonds with clients and co-workers.

Ideal candidate experience:

• Prior experience as an Operations Manager or an equivalent level position.
• Prior experience managing cleaning services.
• Able to drive and improve operational performance in order to fulfil client needs.
• Assist the team in implementing new performance monitoring and management systems.
• Account management and P&L experience are required.
• A valid driver's licence is required.In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus package as well as career development opportunities.
