A Mechanical Contractor based in Northampton is now seeking a Bid Manager to join this very busy and successful time
Working across Industrial and Commercial Projects ranging in value from £500,000 to £2M,. The business is currently turning over £19M with a pipeline to increase significantly
Key Responsibilities*
Provide leadership through clear provision of objectives, responsibilities and accountabilities.
Offer guidance and feedback, to maximise the performance of the business to put bids together that win work.
Work with the Managing Director to identify and convert work winning opportunities into profitable contracts, inline with business strategy.
Develop and maintain a network of external relationships, to raise the company profile, generate new business opportunities, understand the competition and seek to differentiate the business.
Use expertise, market intelligence, customer knowledge and influence to prepare a bid winning strategy
