A large, independently owned M&E Contractor are now seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager due to the increasing demand in work.
Working across various projects including High End Commercial, High End Residential and Education, they are very busy turning over in excess of £250M.
The role of Contracts Manager holds great responsibility, overseeing a number of projects at one time, dealing with the client, and reporting accurately weekly. The successful individual will have excellent Commercial acumen.
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager is essential, all project sector experience will be considered, but a strong track record of high standard delivery is required.
